This Is Amazing! Some Fruits And Vegetables Are Known To Purify Your Blood And Containing Antioxidants and Anticancer Components

Blood is a vital component in our body. Its functions include; supply oxygen and nutrients like amino acids, fatty acids etc to tissues and also carrying carbon dioxide and other wastes out of the cells.

We cannot function without blood and clean blood. Its essential to keep it free from any impurities and toxins.

Some of our favorite fruits and vegetables actually aid in cleaning blood. These include;

a) Fruits




Some fruits are known to have anticancer and antioxidant which help the body fight against free radicals causing cancer. Fruits also contain fibers which help the body get rid rid of toxic residues which also cause cancer. Such fruits include: Melons,cranberries,pineapple,apples,oranges etc.
They can be consumed as juice by making a blend of the fruits or in salads. One can also take a fruit as it is. Remember an apple a day keeps a doctor away? We need to consume as many fruits as we can each day so as to help our bodies get rid of harmful products in the system.


b) Vegetables



Vegetables are also another excellent fighter of harmful germs from ours bodies. The green leafy vegetables have high nutrients and are very healthy thus help in blood purification. Vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and cabbage steamed have very high nutritive value and have great antioxidant compounds which helps in neutralizing some harmful agents in our bodies. They also help the liver to detoxify blood.

One can make a vegetable juice by blending them and adding bit of beetroot or honey to the drink, eaten in salads or steamed or even make a vegetable soup. Taken in the morning or afternoon will be very healthy.


c) Water




For our bodies to clean up the system we need to pee' severally so as to remove toxins from our bodies.
Water is readily available and we have been advised to take at least 8 glasses a day. Many people the say that water is tasteless especially in the morning, when one wakes up only to drink water before breakfast, well, we can add some natural flavors such as orange, lemon slices to make it flavored and that will hugely help the body to clean out toxic agents from the system.

d)Garlic and Onions





Both are excellent in cleaning blood. Its advisable to add garlic in all meals because it helps to remove fats from the blood aiding in bad cholesterol.Garlic and onion can be taken raw, or added in food in powder form or eaten in salads.Garlic and onion too help in liver detoxification due to the presence of phytochemicals.
