5 Reasons Why You Should Be Eating Raw Food
The raw approach to slimming works
with nature rather than against it.Raw slimming does not mean starvation-it
means super nutrition and slow, steady, healthy weight loss.
You do not have to
count calories or buy special foods, or weigh out bird-size portions on kitchen
scales, or feel deprived when you do not eat and guilty when you do.
Some raw
foods are good for losing weight. Take sprouted seeds and grains, an ideal
basis for main meals.

of a raw diet I am not saying that you should start eating everything in a raw
state like eating raw meat for example that wouldn’t be safe. Don’t get obsessed either with raw
diet.
It's not mandatory for you to completely change your eating habits in order to experience the benefits of raw diet. However, you can try adding more raw foods to your current diet as long as it's healthy.
Benefits of having a raw diet on your menu:
. It energizes your body and advances your mental clarity.
. It detoxifies your body by cleansing your organs.
. It reduces digestive irregularities.
. It increases enzyme production which helps your body to effectively break down food and fully absorb all the nutrients.
. It gives you a better skin complexion by reducing your aging process.
.It is good for the immune system since it strengths the white blood cells responsible for fighting foreign bodies or diseases.

. Cultured vegetables
Also known as fermented vegetables are not only good for your raw diet menu but they are very easy for the body to digest so that all the nutrients contained in it can become easily absorbed. This type of raw diet has a variety of enzymes that help strengthen the body's immunization system, improve digestion and nutrient absorption thus positively improving your health. You can chop up some good salad and then just mix it with rice,soup or even beans.
. Coconut
This is one of my favorite especially since I use it in beans which tastes really good. But here's what you need to know about coconuts; they are naturally hydrating foods because of their natural electrolyte composition of water which is better than any other sport/nutrition drink. It also packs healthy fats which surprisingly lower the level of cholesterol in your body unlike other fats. To add to that, coconut fats boost your brain functions, heart functions and they have natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
. Chia seeds
If you did not know these chia seeds have what we call omega 3's and antioxidants and have been in use for centuries as a life sustaining food. In fact, these seeds are easily digestible, high in protein and provide easy access nutrients for the body. The most incredible thing about these chia seeds is that, they can expand and absorb liquid.
Meaning that chia seeds are a great source of extended hydration as they break down and slowly release this liquid inside your digestive system. This makes chia seeds a good source of food for weight loss management since they can absorb water and expand in your stomach which satiates your hunger for a a while before you get hungry again.
. Chocolate
Alright before we get ahead of ourselves, not every chocolate bar is healthy for you. It all depends with the contents or ingredients that were used to make them in the first place. So if you're a sucker for sweet teeth but you want to stay healthy. Try out a chocolate bar that's full of cacao. Cacao is pure but when roasted it's called cocoa and is rich in magnesium, which is an essential nutrient for energy production in your cells. Raw cacoa is packed with high amounts of antioxidant elements that help in relieving stress due to its natural serotonin levels. But remember raw cacoa is good but when you add other ingredients to it such as sugar its health benefit also reduces.
. Blueberries
Last but not least we have blueberries which contain high level of antioxidant elements than any other fruit. It also has fiber which is good for digestion and it's also a brain booster. Blueberries are sweet and very healthy. You can never have one too many.
