CANCER: Here's What You Should Eat Daily To Prevent Cancer


One of the biggest asset that we have as human beings is great health. Nothing makes you happier and more positive when you're living a much healthier lifestyle. And it starts with what you put on your plate. And no I'm not saying that you should deprive yourself from eating what you want. Just eat right that's all you have to do.

If you like fries go for it, but just eat it occasionally and that's only if you can keep it under control. Cancer is one scary word that brings shivers down the spine of any brave person but it doesn't mean that it can't be beat.

In fact, come to think about it cancer is like the devil; it only appears bigger on the outside just so you'd feel intimidated but in real sense you're much more bigger,much more stronger and much more powerful than it. But you won't know that unless you stop living in fear.

Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't just start from eating right. It starts from the mind and what you want to do with yourself and your body. If you're already living a healthy lifestyle be grateful if you're having health problems be grateful still and all shall be well in time. As strange as it sounds, health begins in the mind so it doesn't matter how big your problem looks like it can be beat.

On a light note here's what you should be eating daily to prevent cancer:

.Garlic: It's so nasty, but Super Healthy



And this is why. You see the odor that comes from garlic is actually compounds of sulfur which scientific research states that; this compounds may have the ability to prevent cancer-causing cells from forming in your body. It also does DNA repairs plus destroy cancer cells.
Not only that, but garlic acts as an anti bacterial medicine for common cold and flu, and it reduces the risk of colon cancer. 

Broccoli: Not Again!


Here's a reason why you should eat broccoli,cabbage, kale, and cauliflower; it's because they contain sulforaphane which according to Scientific research, 
may reduce cancer risk, 

by detoxifying harmful substances (such as smoke and other environmental pollutants). This compound operates like an antimicrobial agent by attacking the bacterium  inside your body. Broccoli and its cousins are most protective against cancers of the mouth, esophagus, and stomach, according to a review of hundreds of clinical studies conducted for the World Cancer Research Fund and the American Institute for Cancer Research. And with that said; you can always steam broccoli and toss with garlic and olive oil for a healthy dish.

. Fish!


There's something fishy about this next one. Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which contain an anti-inflammatory compounds that protects the body from harmful hormones that may cause irritation or body swelling. It also has vitamin A and D which are known to help prevent and fight off cancer cells. Types of fish to much on: salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring and sardines. 




.Mushroom

There's no way I'm making this up but there's an ancient mushroom that dates back to 4000 years ago which was strictly used by the Chinese royalties to treat all kinds of ailments from cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and so forth. This mushroom is very effective because it strengthens the immune system, purifies the blood and also increases mortality by fighting of cancerous cells. This mushroom can be found in some type of coffee.
